Tait & Style

In 1990 Ingrid Tait set up a workshop in Orkney, Scotland. I worked with her on designs for fashion accessories, scarves, hats, throws and serapes, using a specially developed felting technique on tweeds, wools and tartans. These were sold to Liberty, Paul Smith and Harrods in the UK and Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman and the Cooper-Hewitt Museum in the USA. Pieces were also used as shop banners and scarves for the Modigliani exhibition at the Royal Academy.
